Crochet your own pug mug rug with my original MROZCI pattern. The finished pug can be used as a coaster for your coffee or tea, or as a small wall decoration. I designed and crocheted the pug myself, photographed my work and prepared the pattern from the actual finished piece. The instructions show you how to crochet the individual parts, put them together and finish the pug with embroidery. About the pattern This is a 13-page digital PDF crochet pattern in English, using US crochet terminology. The pattern is suitable for intermediate crocheters and includes written instructions with step-by-step photographs. The crochet instructions have been tested by an independent crocheter. The finished pug measures approximately 7.1 × 5.3 inches (18 × 13.5 cm). The instructions cover the body, legs, ears, muzzle, eyes, nose, tongue, edging, assembly and embroidery, including backstitch and double running stitch (Holbein stitch). Materials I used Schachenmayr Catania, 100% cotton yarn, in Sand (00404), Marone (00157), Natur (00105), Schwarz (00110) and Signalrot (00115). You will also need 4.25 mm and 2.25 mm crochet hooks, black embroidery floss, matching sewing thread, embroidery and sewing needles, pins and scissors.
